Mignola did some great covers during his run on AF. I remember the X-Men crossover one also being nicely put together.
I was browsing through this issue just last weekend in the bargain bin to see if it had anything I needed to complete my Stern Avengers collection due to the crossover. It didn't. And the art was very poor indeed.
