  1. So much stuff! I've actually really been enjoying the Marvel prose novels over the last two years or so. I hate that the hardcovers cost so much, though. I'll just buy the paperback for $8 when it comes out.
    I don't know how to feel about Claremont coming bacj . Yes, his initial billion-issue run is basically all an X-fan ever needs. But everything since then is a bit... uninspiring.

  2. Hey David, I agree on Claremont's return, I'm a bit weary as well. I'm always hoping that it can recapture the magic of the 1980s, but I'm always disappointed. :(

  3. I dunno, Claremont's seemed to dissipate by the mid- to late '80s anyway...endless repetitive dialogue and thought balloons and every character using the same phrases and diction...probably he should have left a lot sooner before his fetishes and tics took over.
