This is one of the 12 covers for the X-Men's 50th anniversary. But the All-New All Different X-Men are conspicuous in their absence. Why wouldn't Marvel acknowledge the team from the Claremont, Cockrum and Byrne eras, the team who is arguably responsible for the existence of the franchise today? The original X-Men appear 3 times altogether.
