I always liked a "concept" super team, like how Alpha Flight and the Rangers had powers and namesakes in reference to their geography. Or how the Squadron Supreme were mirrors of DCs JLA.
I picked up a lot of guest appearances by the Rangers back in the 80s. They were cool.
