I typically don't like covers like this.. Way TOO busy, no centrally framed dramatic point, etc.. Just a mish-mash of 'who's fightin' who'... Not memorable at all.
At least Annual 14 was a better idea with it's focus against the FF (a clever counter-view to FF's Annual that year fighting the Avengers..., same scene, different angle).
Classic case when a defeat of the heroes can be more memorable than a win– this story stuck with me ever since I read it back in the day.
