From the hint I'd guess it was from Questprobe, but I'm sure I've seen this panel before and I don't have any issues from that series. We're finally all stumped.
I have no idea for this one, but based on your last hint, I'm going to say...Questprobe? I guess that whole series was about shameless cross-promotion, so in that sense it might fit.
I've drawn blanks on the last three panels, but all the same, keep 'em coming!
Judging by the lettering I think it must be from an issue of MTU or SSM.
