  1. Kinda liked that series, it wasn't bad. But it ran through so many titles!! Loved Byrne's West Coast Avengers during that era.

  2. Yeah it was an interesting concept , having villians fight heroes that they normally wouldnt. Was there any lasting story effects from this event? My favorite issues from it were the Uncanny x-men ones with psylocke vs. wolverine!

  3. I don't remember any real lasting effects from it. I do remember Magneto imprisoning the Red Skull for a period of time and Spidey having cosmic powers for a spell during the story. But i don't think there was anything that stuck. Could be wrong. :-) Yeah, remember those X-Men issues. I used to love Psylocke for kinda obvious reasons as kid.

  4. Yeah, I loved that Magneto vs the Red Skull backup in an issue of Cap. And that Psylocke vs Wolverine was cool with Jim Lee art.

  7. I have great fondness for this series. did it start in 89 or 90? I agree the Red Skull, Magneto tension was fantastic, and well played. I was big into Spider-Man (still am) back then Cosmic Spider-man was a fun ride. Seeing Spider-man Punch the Hulk into Orbit was a huge moment for me.

  9. The only comic I had from this crossover was the issue of ASM that Colleen Doran drew. Very '80s, but very cool nonetheless!
